Services included:

• Meeting one week prior to Wedding to discuss your requirements & finalise the itinerary
• Co-ordinating all preparations including makeup and hair
• Distributing button holes and corsages to relevant guests
• Briefing and liaising with the videographer and photographer
• Liaising with all suppliers as required, ensuring all requirements have been met
• Receiving and co-ordinating deliveries
• Checking that the venue is set up as requested and on schedule
• Assisting the photographer in organising the guests for group shots
• Liaising with the photographer, videographer and venue should bad weather require a change of plan or timings
• Assisting guests accordingly
• Making any final payments to suppliers
• Liaising with the venue regarding additional requirements
• Resolving any unforeseen issues – there’s always something!!

We can also undertake the traditional duties of the Best Man and or ushers to enable them to relax and enjoy themselves more. A wedding is an exciting event and it is easy for your Best Man or ushers to forget some of their tasks.
