Increasingly we are finding that couples wish to extend their celebrations by adding an extra day or two of activities for their guests to enjoy. This is particularly popular if guests are travelling long distances to reach the Wedding venue.

Clearly wedding couples have enough to think about in terms of organising their Wedding Day. Trying to organise additional functions or guest activities on days either side of the Wedding Day can become extremely complicated and time consuming. Our Wedding Extravaganza package is designed to make things a little easier – our couples tell us what they want and we do all the work!

We draw on our in depth event management and organisation experience to ensure that every little detail has been considered and that everything flows seamlessly.

We can simply plan and organise all the arrangements or we can also attend on the additional days to co-ordinate the events. We find guests often appreciate having someone they can turn to for help and advice which helps to remove some of the pressure on the Bride and Groom and their families. Examples include a group of guests missing their international flight and having to take an alternative route which involved requiring a car to be on hand for their arrival – we arranged this for them whilst the wedding couple were none the wiser. Another guest forgot his dinner suit and needed to hire one at the last minute in a town unknown to him.

All the services of the Complete Wedding Consultation package are included in the Wedding Extravaganza package. In addition organisation of one or all of the following can be included:

• Wedding rehearsal (and dinner if required)
